Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes shopping at Lil’ Luxuries Boutique is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer Paypal, Afterpay and Shop Pay as additional payment options.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A:  We charge your card for the full amount when your order is processed, unless you checkout with one of our installment pay options.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM EST will be processed on the following business day which is Monday.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.
Q: Can I expedite my Domestic shipping?
A:  Yes, for orders over $150, Express shipping is free. For orders under $150 Express shipping is available for $9.99.

Q: How long until I receive my item?
A: (Standard free shipping) First Class USPS: 4-8 business days.
A: (Standard) UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.
A: (Express) Priority USPS: 2-3 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. Please note that international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Can you ship to a po box?
A: Yes we can. 
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Lil’ Luxuries Boutique gift cards and Paypal for all orders.
Q: Can I return or exchange my jewelry piece(s)?
A: While we do not accept returns we do want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! You can exchange any full priced item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. Sale items include site wide sales and Sample Sale items. Q: What does Hypoallergenic jewelry mean?
A: Hypoallergenic jewelry means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction to skin. We cannot guarantee that everyone will have the same experience, but we do recommend hypoallergenic jewelry as the best option for those with sensitive skin. If you do experience an allergic reaction to our jewelry within 30 days, please email our customer service team who will be able to assist you with an exchange.
